 Our guest rooms are individually decorated and most have private baths. Fresh cut flowers from our gardens dress each room along with other small touches we hope add to your enjoyment.  $95.00 to $225.00 per night (based on double occupancy) Two nights booking are required on weekends during foliage season and holidays. The daily rate per room varies with room size and location, and includes a complimentary breakfast. Rates do not include 9% State tax; gratuities are left to each guest's discretion. The Brookfield Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking B&B. Smoking is permitted on the front porch. |

 Reservations are strongly recommended. Payment in full is required at the time of reservation on all stays of 3 nights or less. On reservations of four nights or more, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation and the balance in full is required upon arrival. For your convenience, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. |

 Each guest is responsible for the full length of his/her reservation. Reservations canceled at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded in full. In the case of 13 days or less notice, or shortened stays, refunds will be made subject to the B&B's ability to sell out for the period of that reservation. Cancellations are subject to a 10% handling fee. |

 A half-mile up the road from us an 1890's cottage, built by our great-grandfather, is available for summer rentals. This handsome, shingled cottage is fully furnished including linens. It's a delightful retreat for 4/5 adults (young people 12 yrs. and up are also welcome). The cottage rate is $200/night with a minimum stay of 3 nights. |
